I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael-Anne when selling and buying a home. Not only is she reliable, honest, smart, and relatable, she is also one of the sweetest, down to earth women I have had the privilege to meet.

Olivia Merrill is a realtor extraordinaire. She listed our home while we were out of town, assisted in preparing it for showings, arranged for minor repairs and negotiated a very complicated reverse 1031 exchange. When we arrived in town, Olivia had already provided some needed packing materials and helped us sell some items, and hire packers, loaders and movers. We have had many real estate transactions, and no one has come close to the lengths of assistance that Olivia provided.
